Return Policy

Here at Harlow South, we strive to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases! Each product is examined to ensure it meets our quality standard. If you have received a damaged or defective item please email customerservice@harlowsouth.com right away so that we may rectify the problem. 

We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. We only offer store credit for returns. 

Items discounted 30% or more, on sale or by promotion, are FINAL SALE.

Customer covers cost of return 

Please fill out the returns section of the packing slip that arrived with your purchase. This form MUST be included in your return package to receive store credit. 

Store Credit (minus shipping cost) will be processed after your return is delivered and inspected for any wear. Items that show signs of wear will not be credited. Expect an emailed gift card within 3 days of the delivery of the return to our location.
